The amount of cloud cover was measured by atmospheric scientists using
a downward looking camera and an upside-down, highly polished metal
"salad bowl". The "salad bowl" caught my eye as I walked by and I
decided to take a self-portrait. Note the downward looking camera
just above my head. And yes...it was THAT cold even though it was
just the first day of autumn.
